Ireland's AI Factory Antenna
Connecting Ireland's AI ecosystem to European supercomputing infrastructure - giving startups, SMEs, the public sector and researchers the compute, expertise and skills to build, test and scale AI.
Jointly funded
Backed by Ireland and Europe
The AI Factory Antenna is co-funded by Ireland's Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (DFHERIS) and the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking, in equal measure.
What it is
A bridge between Irish innovators and European AI infrastructure
The AI Factory Antenna (AIF IRL-Antenna) is Ireland's national gateway to the European AI Factories network under the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking. It lowers the barriers to AI adoption by providing AI-optimised high-performance computing, expert technical support and training.
Compute & infrastructure
AI-optimised HPC, an AI Sandbox and a Secure Data Environment to develop, test and scale models.

Part of the European AI Factories network
AI Factories and their Antennas are being established across Europe under the EuroHPC JU. As an Antenna, Ireland plugs directly into this continental network - sharing infrastructure, talent and data spaces with leading AI Factories.
AI Factory France (AI2F)
Access to large-scale infrastructure, including the Alice Recoque exascale supercomputer, with cooperation on talent, data spaces and policy.
Luxembourg AI Factory
A link for domain-specific AI - climate, environment, energy, space, smart mobility and digital health - with access to the Meluxina-AI supercomputer.
